OK, I guess this really should have gone with my "quirks" but here it is anyways.
I keep a running list of things I need to do. It goes in the back of my steno book. I can add things to it as need be or I can cross them off so I get the feeling that I've accomplished something. The list helps me to stay on track and remember stuff.
Well lately I haven't been keeping up with it, so I've been more scatter-brained and out of it. My friend at work even commented on it the other day and asked me why I haven't been keeping it because she knows it would help.
So I'm going to start my list again, especially because with a retreat next weekend there are several things I need to do over the next week.
